Why did no one ever tell me? I just got back last night from vacation in Cabo with Jazzgirl and L&S. It was SO much fun. Just really relaxing and nice. I drank and ate a ton of things that were bad for me, but whatever. Vacation calories don't count, right? It was so strange to unplug from the internet, but it was much needed. I finished 3 books and a ton of magazines. I got an amazing tan and got to spend time with my friends (oh, and two spa trips, too!). I feel really relaxed right now.
I'm so not ready to go back to work, but luckily these next couple of months are going to be fairly busy. I'm going to Austin in a week and then Yosemite two weeks after that. I have a long New York trip planned and that takes me through Thanksgiving. This year has flown by and I'm looking forward to seeing where the rest of the year takes me. I got some exciting news on the entrepreneurship front, but I'll save that for a later post. I took today off to ease myself back into work, so time to frolic and play since it stopped raining!
